Element Real Estate acquires Little River Realty with expansion into Stowe

Vermont Business Magazine Element Real Estate, a leading boutique real estate firm in Vermont, expanded into the Stowe and Waterbury markets with the opening of their new office at 254 Mountain Road in Stowe.

The expansion comes with Element Real Estate’s purchase of Stowe-based Little River Realty and the addition of former owner Gayle Oberg to the growing boutique firm. Oberg brings over 30 years of valuable experience within the Stowe and Waterbury areas and will be joining Element’s broker-owners, Jessica Bridge and Dan Cypress, at the new location.

“Our values and work ethics are seamlessly aligned and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to work with Gayle Oberg as a seasoned professional in a new market,” explains Element Real Estate owner Jessica Bridge. “With established roots in Burlington and our home state of Vermont, we turned to Stowe and Waterbury as markets in our own backyard where we see great potential as they become destinations for year-round living.”

Since 2009, Element Real Estate has been a leading choice for residential home buyers and sellers in the Greater Burlington area and is excited to bring a fresh approach to the new markets, leveraging technology and industry expertise to offer a personalized and efficient real estate experience built with a focus on service rather than sales.

“Real estate is more about relationships than it is about the houses themselves,” states Bridge. “Our role is to provide education, expertise, and guidance in the process. We’re excited to bring our philosophy and experience to the new markets.”

Element Real Estate currently has 13 agents between their Burlington and Stowe locations. Visit www.RealEstateVT.com to learn more about their services and view current listings.

About Element Real Estate: As one of the most recognizable boutique real estate firms in Burlington, Vermont, Element Real Estate prides itself on putting clients before all else while transforming the real estate experience from one of sales, to one of service.
