FTSE 100 Set to Fall; Asia Stocks Rise
0634 GMT – The FTSE 100 is expected to open 13 points lower at 7110, according to CMC Markets, despite mostly upbeat trading in Asia. Markets in mainland China, Hong Kong and India gain, while South Korea stocks are lower. “Asia stocks have started the week on the front foot, as investors there play catch-up on Friday’s U.S. payroll gains,” CMC’s Michael Hewson says.(philip.waller@wsj.com)
