Mirae Asset Management’s main office in central Seoul

Mirae Asset Management announced that Global X Japan, a joint venture formed by Mirae Asset Global Investments Co. and Japan’s Daiwa Securities Group, will newly list four innovative growth-themed ETFs on the Tokyo Exchange on June 23.

The new ETFs focus on globally competitive Japanese industrial companies.

Specifically, the four ETFs consist of three growth-themed products — games and animation, robots and AI, bio and medical technology — and one that invests in large global competitive stocks.

Global X Japan Games & Animation ETF (2640 JP) is Japan’s first product that invests in Japanese companies that produce and distribute games, animations, and cartoons.
