Potential investors were told Terra’s team was led by Alligator Energy founder Andrew Vigar, and had 775 sq kilometres of land in Canada’s Athabasca Basin.
They were told Tribeca’s resources fund, Melbourne’s Liberman family and Boss Energy chief executive Duncan Craib had tipped into the raise.
