The Paraguayan Official Gazette Oct. 15 published Decree No. 6105, amending the rules on depreciation and special transfer pricing for commodity transactions. The decree includes measures: 1) adding returnable containers to the category of household goods with a three year useful life and a 10 percent residual value; and 2) extending to Dec. 31 the deadline to register commodities transactions made from July 1.
