S Immo : Bonds with a nominal value of appr. EUR 104.5 million called


Holders of the corporate bond 1.25% S IMMO Green Bond 2022-2027 (ISIN AT0000A2UVR4) have called a nominal amount of EUR 24,941,500.00 and holders of the corporate bond 1.75% S IMMO Green Bond 2021-2028 (ISIN AT0000A2MKW4) have called a nominal amount of EUR 79,550,500.00. The right to demand repayment at the nominal amount plus accrued interest could be exercised by the holders of the bonds due to a change of control event until the end of the notice period, 4 August 2022, and concerned a total nominal amount of EUR 200 million.

The repayment of the called bonds is expected to take place on 11 August 2022 and will be serviced from cash and cash equivalents of S IMMO AG. These amounted to EUR 778 million as of 31 March 2022.
